Advertising/Promotional Opportunities

Presenting Sponsor at Chamber Breakfast: Benefits include: company name and logo predominantly displayed on breakfast invitation, full page ad insert ( 8 1/2 x 11 size) into newsletter or breakfast invitation, company name/logo displayed on large screen during breakfast, display table of your company information, 60 Second Welcome from Podium, and logo & link on Chamber Website.

Breakfast Business Spotlight: Promote your business through a 3-minute commercial at a Chamber breakfast and put premiums or literature detailing your business at each place setting. Your company name will appear in the breakfast invitation mailed to the Chamber membership.

• Company Contact Information Printed in the Breakfast Invitation (invitation is mailed to 1400 key contacts on Chamber's mailing list)
• Company Name Projected on Large Screen at Breakfast
• Company Advertisement/Brochure included at each place setting at breakfast (member provides 200-250 copies of promotional piece to Chamber 3 days prior to event)
• 3-minute oral presentation about your business from the podium at breakfast (breakfast audiences ranges from 180-275 people)

Option 2 - $750:
• Company Contact Information Printed in Chamber's Breakfast Invitation (invitation is mailed to 1400 key contacts on Chamber's mailing list)
• Company Name Projected on Large Screen at Breakfast
• Company Advertisement/Brochure included at each place setting at breakfast (member provides 200-250 copies of promotional piece to Chamber 3 days prior to event)
• 3-minute presentation about your business including a video (breakfast audiences ranges from 180-275 people)

Breakfast Business Showcase: Exhibit at a Chamber breakfast with 2-6 other non-competing member businesses. You company name will appear in the breakfast invitation mailed to the Chamber membership and displaed prominently at the event.
Cost: $75 (Chamber will provide 6-foot draped, display table)

Breakfast Coffee Sponsor: Sponsor the coffee provided during networking/registration time at Chamber breakfast. Your company name will appear in the breakfast invitation mailed to the Chamber membership and displayed prominently at the event.
Cost: $150.00

Breakfast Invitation Ad:Advertise your business in Chamber's monthly breakfast invitation. Invitation is mailed to the primary contact person in Chamber membership. Newsletter is mailed to the primary contact person in Chamber membership. Full Page Ad (8 1/2" x 11" size)- Cost: $350 (member provides Chamber with appropriate number of pieces to insert into the invitation).

Newsletter Ad:
Advertise your business in the Chamber's quarterly newsletter, Corridor Nine Connections.

Newsletter is mailed to the primary contact person in Chamber membership. Options available:

• Full Page Ad (8.5"x 11" size) - Cost: $350 (member provides Chamber with appropriate number of pieces to insert into the newsletter - limited to three inserts per issue/non-competing businesses)
• Banner Ad (1-3/4" x 1-1/4" size) - Cost: $100 (ad is printed inside the newsletter - limited to 8 ads per issue)
  

Membership Mailing Labels: Purchase a membership mailing list. The peel-off mailing labels allows you the opportunity to direct mail your company information to the key contacts of the Chamber's mailing list. Cost: $300.00

Golf Tournament:
Be a tournament sponsor, tee sponsor, donate items for raffle prizes for the Chamber's annual golf tournament held in June. Contact Chamber directly for sponsorship options available.

Business After Hours:
Sponsor or co-sponsor an after hours networking program at your place of business, restaurant or other location. This is a great opportunity for the sponsor(s) to create a business awareness of products and services to the Corridor Nine business community. Sponsor(s) are responsible for providing food and beverages for attendees. Sponsor(s) name will apear in the invitation mailed to Chamber membership. Options available: $3,000 Partnership Sponsor or $1,000 Hosting Sponsor. Contact the Chamber directly to discuss business after hours sponsor guidelines and responsibilites.

Open for Business Expo: The Corridor Nine Expo is the region's most successful business-to-business trade show and is held annually in April. The expo runs for 4 hours and will feature more than 125 businesses showcasing their latest products, services, and technologies. Exhibit space is available and the cost is determined by booth location. Contact Corridor Nine directly for more information on sponsorship and booth costs.

Annual Meeting/Business Awards Breakfast:
Spotlight your company and bring significant exposure to your business as a sponsor at the Chamber's annual Special Networking event held in May. The event includes the presentation of "Oscar" awards, meeting the Corridor Nine board of directors, a special networking activity and delicious food. 200+ prominent leaders attend this event. Summer Sizzle: Be a t-shirt sponsor for the annual member barbecue. This event draws 200+ members and guests for an evening of tremendous networking, fun team activities, and a delicious barbecue. Each attendee will receive a complimentary t-shirt to wear during the event and to take home with them-- tremendous visibility for your business with 200 people as walking billboards for your company.

$75 Spicy Sponsor (includes company name in print on the back of the t-shirt)

Applefest Road Race:
Be a t-shirt sponsor, donate refreshments and/or raffle prizes for the Chamber's annual Applefest 5K Road Race held in Northborough in September. With a t-shirt sponsorship your company name and/or logo will be printed on the official race t-shirt which is given to the 300+ runners, and your company name will appear on the Chamber's list of "special contributors" board that will be displayed at the registration desk on race day.
