Topic: Navigating a Non-Traditional Career Path: Insights from a Security and Law Enforcement Executive
Michele Freadman is a Security Executive charged with directing aviation security at Boston Logan International Airport, owned and operated by the  Massachusetts Port Authority.  Her role is crucial to ensuring an environment that is safe and secure for all of us to travel. 
Before joining Massport, Michele held leadership positions overseeing corporate anti-fraud activities and served as a detective for six years with Boston's Transit Police Department.
What is her life really like as an aviation security leader for the 17th busiest Airport in the United States?  What have been her experiences working in non-traditional careers, in which the workforce is predominately comprises of males?
