Get Active with Corridor Nine! Corridor Nine is joining the Health and Wellness Revolution by adding a Company Fitness Challenge to this year's 5k Run/Walk. We are inviting area businesses to organize a team at this year's race in the spirit of promoting workplace wellness, camaraderie, and fun!
All are welcome! This race is perfect for walkers, joggers, first-time runners, and experienced athletes. If you work for a small, mid-size or large company, a school or are self-employed, join us!

More Information About the Free Training Program:
New Life Health and Wellness of Marlborough will be hosting Group Walks/runs beginning as early as the week of July 20th on Mondays at 5:30pm. You do not need to come to all 8 weeks- start anytime! Two coaches who will be available to answer questions and provide advice for anyone just beginning their program. Coaches will be available by email as well as by phone as needed.
Training tips will be sent along to participants via email on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They will include nutrition tips, suggestions for where to go to start your running, soreness management and other motivational tips to get participants excited to reach this goal!
Any participant who commits to the training will also be eligible to receive a $15/ month membership if they would like to utilize the fitness center in addition to the free training tips and group runs.
